- Establish and review high level project budgets, estimates and schedules.
- Provide input of pre-construction planning that includes project phasing, logistics and sequencing.
- Provide weekly site inspections, monthly status reports, that include summaries of project progress, forecast cost, schedule and risks.
- Enforce and monitor construction productivity, quality and schedule performance.
- Facilitate project close-outs, including occupancy reviews, final construction walk through and closure of the deficiencies.
